    Description

    • Responsibilities:
    • Model INSPIRE culture through interactions with team members.
    • Support core finance business processes, including financial reporting, revenue recognition, budgeting, and forecasting.
    • Validate departmental results, identify risks and opportunities, and engage departments in financial initiatives.
    • Collaborate across locations to enhance processes and execute financial projects.
    • Utilize management skills effectively.
    • Travel to Support Center in Greenville, SC when necessary.
    • Month-end reporting - 25%
    • Operations-centric ad hoc reporting - 40%
    • Ad hoc project work - 35%
    • Bachelor's degree required.
    • 2-3+ years of experience in consulting or investment banking, preferably in a quantitative field.
    • Demonstrated career advancement and proficiency in Excel for analysis.
