    Automation Engineer with experience in Process equipment Automation design-architecture, commissioning & qualification

    to join their team in Boxmeer. Our client is part of a multinational Engineering, information & technology consulting company with offices in 50 countries. You will be working with many colleagues from different disciplines, geographies and backgrounds. Join them in shaping the future of process automation

    Function Description

    As an


    Automation Engineer with experience in Process equipment Automation design-architecture, commissioning & qualification , you'll play a crucial role in the installation, commissioning, and optimization of automation products, ensuring seamless communication with controllers and the development of PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems.

    Requirements

    Proven experience as an Automation Analyst or Engineer, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience.
    Proficiency in SCADA, PLC, HMI, and commissioning processes.

    In-depth knowledge and expertise in the development of detailed automation and process control systems, integrating various components such as PCs, PLCs, variable speed drives, and motion control systems.

    Strong capability to develop, configure, and debug control system programming, including PLCs, OT networks, and specialty component software.

    Extensive background in hardware and software configuration, programming, installation, testing, and commissioning of automation solutions, including gate and crane automation, as well as Distributed Control Systems (DCS).

    Strong understanding of Industrial Gateways, protocols, and IoT/OT integrations.
