Description
The Director of POPs works to ensure that employees are supported and engaged throughout their time with the organization.

Not only do they focus on producing a positive employee experience, but they also address any issues that may arise and act as a bridge between management and staff.

This individual will implement strategies to build a motivated and productive workforce, which can improve employee satisfaction, retention, and overall performance.


Job Duties:

  • Coordinate and participate in employee engagement initiatives and activities.
  • Address employee queries regarding Human Resources polices, and procedures.
  • Administer exit interviews for resigning employees.
  • Create and implement employee recognition programs.
  • Set up Company sponsored social events and parties.
  • Conducts an organization audit and surveys to identify employee relations issues and takes appropriate actions to address and resolve issues by speaking with management.
  • Design teambuilding activities.
  • Responsible for mailing birthday, anniversary, and holiday cards to employees.
  • Implement incentive programs.
  • Welcome each new employee
  • Assist with onboarding of new employees/ orientation.

Requirements:


  • Work experience in training, employee engagement or similar role.
  • Experience organizing activities in a corporate environment.
  • Handson experience with project management and budgeting.
  • Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Energetic and selfmotivated.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
