Job Skills / Requirements
Qualifications:
- Valid F03/F04 Fire Guard certificate issued by the New York City Fire Department (FDNY) preferred, but not mandatory on hire.
- Strong understanding of fire safety principles and regulations.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in highpressure situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow protocols and procedures accurately.
- Physical ability to perform regular patrols and respond to emergencies as needed.
Highschool/GED
College Degree
Associate's Degree or Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred
Certification Requirements (Any)
NYS Security Guard License
Temp Indoor/Outdoor Place of Assembly Safety Personnel (F04)
Indoor Place of Assembly Safety Personnel (F03)
Additional Information / Benefits
- Pay Rate for this site ranges from $17.00 to $24.19 per hour paid directly to the employee. Pay Rates will be determined at the time of your interview based on experience and merit.
- Holiday & OT Pay is also available
