Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full cycle of accounts payable using Ramp, including invoice processing, payment execution, and vendor relationship management.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of all invoices, reconciliations, and financial records.
• Collaborate with finance team members to integrate and optimize Ramp features within our existing workflows.
• Maintain uptodate records and prepare financial reports related to accounts payable.
• Handle accounts payable for multiple entities within the organization, ensuring compliance and efficiency across the board.

Required:

• Proven experience in accounts payable and vendor management,
  specifically using Ramp.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solutions oriented, problem solver.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of NetSuite or similar ERP systems
• Experience managing accounts payable for multiple entities
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
