- Coordinate and oversee the transportation of Containers, LTL, or FTL in North America to cultivate lasting relationships and expand B2B accounts.
- Demonstrate proficiency in transportation management, negotiation, and providing high-quality transportation solutions.
- Stay informed about current market costs to negotiate competitive rates with customers and carriers, maximizing profit margins.
- Manage freight brokerage processes for a 3PL, collaborating with partner carriers to handle loads and ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.
- Maintain awareness of client needs and the operational impact of scheduling inbound and outbound movements, including resolving conflicts between customers, carriers, shippers, and receivers.
- Resolve disputes with carriers regarding shipment discrepancies and negotiate with carriers to expand the partner carrier network.
- Accept or reject freight based on current capacity and rates, while ensuring consistent communication with customers and other stakeholders.
- Achieve monthly goals, expectations, and key performance indicators consistently.
- Minimum of 2 years of Freight Brokerage Industry Experience.
- Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the 3PL Logistics and Transportation industry.
- Adept at using outbound lead campaigns to qualify potential sales prospects.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

We are an integrated third-party logistics company that includes a brokerage division, an in-house long-haul fleet, several warehouses around the country, and a retail consolidation business. Currently, we operate under three levels of services which include Assets, Brokerage, and Warehousing. As a Logistics Account Executive at Fusion Transport, you will blend inside sales, account management, supply chain planning, and operational activities to meet the shipping needs of our customers. Building and maintaining relationships with carriers will not only help grow their business but also advance your career.
