This is a job ad for a partial renovation of a country house in the mountains of Moorland, KY. The house is located in the Alcoy area. The main tasks include installing a new kitchen, replacing old tiles with new ones, checking and possibly replacing the pipes in the kitchen as the faucets are clogged, polishing the floor in one room, replacing the floor in another room, painting three rooms, replacing the plaster in the kitchen, and possibly adding a reinforcement beam to the kitchen ceiling, which currently has wooden beams. However, this last task is not as necessary as the structure of the house is in good condition. The budget should be evaluated as soon as possible, preferably for the week of September 11th, as I am in the process of buying the house.
