To strengthen our specialist department for operations in northern Hesse, we are looking for an

Engineer (f/m/d)

to lead the road maintenance depots in Korbach and Frankenberg, starting as soon as possible, at either location.

What to expect:

  • Management of personnel
  • Development and implementation of annual work plans, as well as control of task completion and resource consumption for road operations
  • Ensuring traffic safety, winter maintenance, and environmental and disaster protection
  • Supervision of tasks and technical supervision to monitor task completion in terms of quality and quantity
  • Conducting pre- and post-calculations
