Camelot is looking for a highly dedicated Site Manager with at least 5 years of experience in _
custom_

Site Managers are the in-field leaders responsible for making our client's dreams of owning a luxury custom home a reality Our custom home projects range from $5MM-15MM and our renovation projects start at $1MM. A Site Manager will typically carry an average workload of 3 active projects at any given time, depending on complexity.


Site Managers are responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of their construction projects - from dirt through move-in - ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The Site Manager will oversee a team of skilled contractors/vendors, and will collaborate closely with the Director of Construction, architects, and clients to ensure successful project execution.


Essential Duties

  • Implement, monitor, and drive the building schedule being proactive in anticipating potential problems to ensure ontime completion while exceeding already outstanding quality standards
  • Provide bestinclass customer service to all community home buyers to achieve 95%+ customer satisfaction rating
  • Maintain an immaculately clean and safe worksite at all times
  • Partner with local officials to manage the permitting and inspection needs for the community
  • Inform and train trade partners regarding compliance policies and procedures, including safety and OSHA
  • Schedule, inspect, and approve/correct all work performed by trade partners to ensure exemplary quality and overall compliance with scopes of work while minimizing cost overages and variances
  • Review, analyze, and approve trade invoices to guarantee prompt and accurate payment
  • Direct, educate, and empower site Technicians and Assistant Site Managers to foster a community of mutual success and continuous improvement

Qualifications

A minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Site Superintendent or Project Manager in a custom or semi-custom homebuilding environment is _
required_
for this position. _Experience managing new home building projects valued at 3MM+ or renovation projects exceeding 1MM is heavily preferred._

  • Thorough understanding of and experience managing all stages of construction both front
- and back-end

  • Highly knowledgeable in local, state, and federal building and construction codes, including OSHA and EPA
  • Action oriented with an exemplary workethic, possessing unusually high integrity and internal drive
  • Extremely detailedoriented with excellent project and timemanagement skills
  • Strong ability to work well within a team and possess natural leadership ability to bring out the best in others
  • Present a professional appearance and demeanor with excellent emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills; genuinely friendly and approachable
  • Highly organized, focused, persistent and scrupulous about accuracy and detail
  • Able to independently prioritize tasks and remain committed to ontime completion of work
  • Prioritize and multitask in a fastpaced environment with frequent interruptions and changes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate technology skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook and residential production scheduling systems; specific experience with BuilderTrend or Hyphen is preferred
  • Local travel is required, must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
