Our Customer Retention Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients, develop and implement strategies to maximize customer retention for our P&C insurance products.

You will proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, address any concerns, and ensure their continued satisfaction.

Your exceptional communication and negotiation skills, coupled with a deep understanding of the insurance industry, will enable you to build long-lasting relationships and drive customer loyalty.

Insurance industry and office experience and knowledge is required for this position.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive retention strategies to minimize policy cancellations and maximize customer retention rates.
  • Proactively reach out to existing customers to understand their needs, address any issues or concerns, and provide personalized solutions to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular policy reviews with customers to identify opportunities for additional coverage, crossselling, or upselling.
  • Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
  • Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
  • Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain knowledge of new products.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
  • Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software and other tools to accurately document interactions, track customer preferences, and monitor retention efforts.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted campaigns, promotions, and initiatives aimed at improving customer retention rates.

Pay:
$ $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
