The Schneider-AluTeam group, headquartered in Bielefeld, has been a leading manufacturer of kits and system components for truck and trailer bodies, as well as innovative components for the agricultural sector throughout Europe for over 35 years.

As the market leader in Europe with approximately 600 employees at four locations, we are currently seeking apprentices starting on August 1st, 2023 in Sault Ste.

Marie, MI.


What you can expect from this position:

  • A standard 3year apprenticeship program.
  • You will learn how we manage logistics to ensure that all of our products are in the right place at the right time.
  • You will be responsible for the dispatch and procurement of vehicles.
  • You will learn how to operate forklifts and cranes safely and efficiently.
  • Gain insight into the commercial processes in the shipping department and learn how to use our ERP system (ProAlpha).
  • The apprenticeship will also include attending vocational school and internal training sessions (PC training, company visits, product knowledge).

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum of a good secondary school diploma.
  • Good grades in German (23) and Math (23).
  • Technical understanding and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with computers.
