an entry level customer service position.

This role is Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM. Full Time. On-site (not remote).

$16 - $18/hour

Duties and responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to:

Answer incoming phone calls
Willingness to gain product/service knowledge
Enter and sort data on Excel
Conduct research on customer and vendor histories
Other office administrative duties upon request

Knowledge, Skill and Ability:

Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced, diverse and growthoriented environment
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail requiredStrong customer service skills
Working knowledge of MS-Office Suite including MS-Word and MS-Excel

A driver's license is required to make trips to the post office and bank as needed
