**About the Warehouse Associate position:**

We are looking for experienced Warehouse Associates to assist in the daily operations of our new warehouse. This team member will be the one to ensure the warehouse is running like clockwork to maximize sales and minimize shrink. The ideal candidate will have current experience as a Warehouse Associate and is looking to expand that experience into the fireworks industry. We find that the best Warehouse Associates know how to hit new levels of performance day in and day out. The goal of this role is to help the organization drive strong sales and deliver world-class customer happiness through stocked shelves, organized stockrooms, and accurate order fulfillment.

**Warehouse Associate Responsibilities:**

Driving day-to-day warehouse operations

Pick orders in a quick and efficient manner that preserves product integrity

Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked warehouse

Monitoring order fulfillment and optimizing the accuracy of performance

Ensuring that all legal, safety and health procedures are followed at all times

Continually improving processes that drive a more efficient warehouse team and operation

Prepared and ready to assist with any shipment loading and unloading needs prior to needed execution

Maintain our Warehouse Management systems through routine cycle counts, spot checks, and data inventory entries/removal.

Process online customer orders as if they were your own with a high level of care and attention to complete fulfillment

Report damaged shipments to WH Lead/WH Manager and maintain the appropriate logs for data trending and solutions.

**Experience and Requirements:**

Previous warehouse experience

Skilled organizer, time manager, with a high attention to the fine details

Excellent written & presentation skills

Experience with Google Suite

Proficient with warehouse management practices and systems

Good analytical skills

Effective communication skills

Ability to work well with others in a team setting and can work independently with little supervision

**Compensation:**

Competitive salary package based on experience
