Job Summary:


Job Duties:


  • Receives emergency as well as nonemergency requests for service from clients and employees. Enters detailed work order requests for technicians, and assigns work order to employees based on availability and trade
  • Provides a centralized location that clients can utilize for all their facility concerns. The employee assigned to this position will receive and assist in prioritizing all incoming requests
  • Notifies management of emergency issues or non
- complaint work orders. Dispatch and maintain the service technicians' schedules. Help to ensure the Computerized Maintenance Management System is accurate and precise

  • Create progress reports on work order status. Provide clear and concise communication with department managers, employees and clients
  • Provide direct administrative support to managers, supervisors, technicians, and tenants (e.g., employee work hours, open work orders, building costs, etc.). Assist with internal, external events and space management

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs):


Knowledge of:


  • Computers, dispatching and automated building maintenance systems, working knowledge of building maintenance organization, tools, materials, and their usage
  • Windows based software, customer service techniques, accurate data entry techniques, skill in oral and written communication, training, etc.
  • Various computer software and software maintenance
  • Construction and maintenance terminology
  • Office procedures and practices

Skills in:


  • Work experience in call center environment
  • Direct customer service
  • Data entry and indirect work experience that will facilitate a working knowledge of the maintenance trades
  • Multitasking, and conflictresolution skills
  • Oral, written and interpersonal communications, training, etc

Ability to:


  • Understand and present information, create forms, queries, and templates
  • Hear, see, and communicate effectively with customers/coworkers
  • Problem solve

Pre-Employment Requirements:


  • Background and reference check, including a criminal records verification
