    At GBG Americas, our Account Management team is the backbone of our client success. We believe in fostering deep, meaningful relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that drive growth.     The Role

    Reporting to the VP of Partnership Sales and as part of the Americas GTM team, the Director of Partner Success is a strategic leadership position tasked with driving partner objectives, achieving targets, and ensuring the success of GBG's partnership ecosystem. This role involves managing a team of Partner Success Coordinators and Partnership Managers, serving as both a leader and motivator for the growth of team members' book of business.

    What you will do

    • Support Partners Objectives & Achieving Targets: Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed partnership goals.
    • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and grow the Partner Success and Partnership Management teams.
    • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze team performance, providing regular reports and insights.
    • Operational Excellence: Drive the implementation of Partnership Program operational components and performance data analysis/measurement to ensure the highest level of operational efficiency and performance within the partnership team.
    • Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, strategic relationships with partners.
    • Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs): Assist in preparation, planning and participation in QBRs with partners to assess progress and set future objectives.
    • Market & Competitive Analysis: Continuously analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform partnership strategies.

    • Proactive Approach- An individual ready to take the initiative, identify opportunities, and drive new business prospects forward.
    • Effective Communicator: Clear and persuasive communication skills, capable of delivering compelling presentations and fostering meaningful dialogues with potential clients.
    • Adaptive Learner: A keen interest in staying updated on industry trends, our product offerings, and the competitive landscape to ensure our pitches are timely and relevant.
    • Analytical Thinker: Someone who can assess market data, client feedback, and sales patterns to refine and adapt strategies for better outreach and conversion.
    • Goal-Oriented: A drive to consistently meet and exceed set sales targets, but with a vision that goes beyond numbers, focusing on long-term growth and client satisfaction.
    • Proven leadership in partnership management within a tech or SaaS environment.
    • A strategic thinker with a track record of achieving partnership targets.
    • Strong analytical skills for performance analysis and market insights.
    • Exceptional relationship management and communication abilities.
