- Support Partners Objectives & Achieving Targets: Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed partnership goals.

- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze team performance, providing regular reports and insights.
- Operational Excellence: Drive the implementation of Partnership Program operational components and performance data analysis/measurement to ensure the highest level of operational efficiency and performance within the partnership team.

The Role
Reporting to the VP of Partnership Sales and as part of the Americas GTM team, the Director of Partner Success is a strategic leadership position tasked with driving partner objectives, achieving targets, and ensuring the success of GBG's partnership ecosystem. This role involves managing a team of Partner Success Coordinators and Partnership Managers, serving as both a leader and motivator for the growth of team members' book of business.
