    Job DescriptionThe Kraft Heinz Company is currently seeking Manufacturing Team Members to work at our production facility in Mason City, IA.

    Ideal candidates must be safety and quality-orientated and be willing to work in a team-orientated, fast-paced work environment.

    This position requires individuals to perform general production duties in a food manufacturing environment following strict quality and safety standards.

    Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED equivalent or 1 year of manufacturing experienceCandidates must be willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts alternating days and nights, including weekendsAbility to work overtime as necessaryBackground in a manufacturing environment or technical background with electrical, mechanical, or automation experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsBenefits &

    The Kraft Heinz Company is currently seeking Manufacturing Team Members to work at our processing facility in Mason City, IA.

    Ideal candidates must be safe and quality-orientated be willing to work in a team-orientated fast-paced work environment. This position requires individuals to perform manufacturing duties in a food manufacturing environment following strict quality and safety standards.


    Responsibilities & Duties:

    Operate and maintain equipment in the area in a safe and efficient mannerRead, follow, and update Job Task Analysis (JTAs) for work areaPerform quality checks as requiredEnsure proper raw or packaging components are used based on product requirementsActively participate in the facility's safety compliance programTroubleshoots and resolves breakdownsSustains responsibility for preventative maintenance and sanitation in the work areaEnsures efficient operation of equipmentCommunicate with co-workers effectively to ensure minimum interruptions in productionResponsible for following SQ requirements such as GMPs and other daily/job-specific duties to support QRMPEqual Opportunity Employer-minorities/females/veterans/individuals with disabilities/sexual orientation/gender identity Location(s)Mason City PlantKraft Heinz is an Equal Opportunity Employer that prohibits discrimination or harassment of any type.
