Principal Accountabilities

• Responsible for ensuring the production of safe food products in a dynamic manufacturing setting; mastering cleaning procedures, equipment setup and dismantling, maintenance tasks, and troubleshooting. Handling tasks such as operating ovens, freezers, conveyors, and ensuring cleanliness across the plant. Executing production line startup and shutdown procedures, performing equipment adjustments, and addressing potential issues to minimize disruptions. Completing all necessary production documentation, including basic mathematical calculations. Collaborating with team members to guarantee the delivery of high-quality products to customers
• Overseeing the entire processing process to ensure the delivery of a top-quality product to customers, including proper food handling, packaging, and weight requirements. Supporting colleagues as needed
• Adhering to all Corporate Environmental Health and Safety Policies and Procedures
• Reporting any food safety management system issues and taking appropriate actions. Understanding and complying with HACCP/OPRP/PRP (GMP) policies
• Adapting job duties as instructed by supervisors to meet business needs. Responsibilities may vary from the provided guidelines and not encompass all aspects of the role

Required Qualifications

• Basic math skills (Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, Division)
• Proficiency in English language (writing, reading, speaking)
• Basic computer literacy
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and off-shift schedules
• Authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Willingness to work in varying temperature conditions
• Basic computer skills, including tablet usage for paperwork

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in food service or production
• Previous leadership roles
• Stable employment history in the last 12 months
• Strong critical thinking abilities
• Reliable and punctual
