Job descriptionI. Job Objective
- Wide variety of duties involved with design, production, installation, and maintenance of cutting edge ebeam processors and subassemblies according to protocol.
- Sets up, adjusts, and operates standard and custombuilt electronic instruments to measure the performance of the electron processor units and subassemblies
- Follows established procedures, calibrates circuits as necessary, records data and troubleshoots circuits from schematics to identify causes of failures. Repairs deficiencies and maintains records.
- Sets up, adjusts, and operates standard and custom-built electronic instruments to measure the performance of electronic circuits and subsystems.
- Assist in the mechanical assembly of the Electron Processor.
- Under supervision, follows procedures to test and calibrate new Electron Processor units and record test data in accordance with established ISO directives and quality procedures.
- Perform maintenance on most types of manufactured Electron Processors at the customer's facility.
- Assists project management team to complete installations in an efficient manner.
- Perform on-site dosimetry test.
- Using established procedures, initiate corrective action for design or documentation discrepancies.
- Write detailed technical reports on service calls and installations in a timely manner
- Provide on-site customer operator and maintenance training
- Proficient with using the business system to identify part numbers and to support testing of new equipment.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Electron Processors and related technology.
- Knowledge of system software and its interface with customer equipment.
- Work closely with Engineering department.
- Actively look for new ways to perform work to yield improved efficiencies and reduced expenses.
- When appropriate, initiate, generate, prepare, and distribute timely, accurate and appropriate internal/external data, reports, and analysis, to assist management.
- Maintain professional image and appearance in person and via phone.
- Maintain internal and external customer service focus.
- Work with other teams to ensure crosscompany documentation is current and accurate.
- Participate with other staff to cross train and perform other functions, ensure back up, schedules, and deadlines are successfully met.
- Recognize and resolve problem situations, refer to supervisor, when necessary
- Perform other duties and special projects, as needed, to ensure high standards of service.
- Responsible for all tasks and functions relative to achieving corporate goals & objectives.
- Work in a safe and healthy manner, observing all safety and health regulations.
- Maintain clean, neat work environment and facilities.
- Attend meetings, on time, as required.

V. Requirements
- Minimum 13 years' experience troubleshooting circuits using schematics and all aspects of mechanical, electronic, and electrical equipment assembly and repair.
- Working knowledge of electrical test equipment.
- High degree of mechanical aptitude, experience with hand/power tools.
- Must maintain (without restrictions) valid driver's license and passport.
- Detail oriented and selfmotivated, time/task management skills.
- Keeps customers' needs at forefront.
- Professional appearance on phone/in person.
- Effective communication skills, verbal and written, must be articulate, confident, use effective interpersonal and negotiation skills, when necessary.
- Analytical must be able to understand concepts to translate business demands, limitations, and options w/attention to details.
- Effectively plan, organize, prioritize, and execute assigned tasks.
