Description

GES has a very exciting career opportunity for a Technology Support Specialist to join our Corporate IT team, located in our Exton, PA office.

Responsibilities include:


  • Assist network admin team
  • Cybersecurity checks and administration
  • Data management (backup, data replication, recovery, etc)
  • Patch management
  • Software product updates
  • Enterprise phone system administration
  • Collaboration solution administration
  • Computer imaging/scripting
  • Delivers prompt and professional enduser customer support/troubleshooting/training to our employees for an array of software and hardware products, solutions and services.
  • Login Issues
  • VPN/LAN Connectivity
  • Computer hardware issue
  • Computer software support, deployment
  • Printers
  • New hires setups (onboarding)
  • Staging and deployment of new PC's.
  • Collaborates with other IT members to complete special projects and resolve issues
  • Assists in the daytoday operations of IT
  • Provides other assistance as needed

Requirements:


  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or 2+ years of related IT experience
  • Must possess firstrate client service skills, excellent communication skills and be highly selfmotivated
  • Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Microsoft, CompTIA, or similar certifications preferred
  • A background check is required
