Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Food Manager to join our team. As a Food Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food service operations.


Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise food service operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and serving
• Manage member dining reservations
• Use POS software to track and bill member accounts
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Oversee inventory management and ordering of food supplies
• Monitor customer feedback and address any concerns or issues promptly
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality ingredients
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in food service management

Skills:

• Proven experience in food service management, with a strong understanding of kitchen operations
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, customers, and vendors
• Bartending experience is a plus

Job Type:
Part-time


Pay:
$45, $60,000.00 per year
