Summer
Grounds Technician for our properties located in the greater Madison and Janesville area.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of building exterior and grounds
- Monitor and report unsafe conditions and/or required maintenance
- Weed landscaping beds
- Power washing
- Window washing
Additional Requirements:
- Physically capable of lifting fifty (50) pounds
- Attendance is an imperative job function
- Driving is a requirement of this position; must have a valid driver's license and vehicle
- Positive, professional and punctual
Hours / Benefits
This is a full time summer position. Start and end date are flexible.
