Required Level of Education and Preferred Level of Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
How many years of related experience are you looking for in your ideal candidate: Minimum eight (8) years' experience in project management or a directly related ?eld, including minimum two (2) years program management experience.
Speci?c Systems Knowledge Required: MS Teams, Microsoft Suite, MS Project Professional, Jira
Any Required Certi?cations PMP preferred (not required but strongly preferred)
Expected Shift: 8-5, ?exible start/end time
Interview Process: Initial screen with hiring manager, potential panel interview (both virtual - camera ON)
Top Three things Worker will be doing: Facilitating meetings/stakeholder management, developing and managing project timelines, RAID log and communications with all levels of management and project team, ?exibility to work in waterfall/hybrid or agile environment

Description
Leads the delivery of a complex project. Maintains a tactical focus. Sets clear objectives and de?ned deliverables. Develops cost bene?t analyses for the
project, communicates to an executive committee, creates and reports project status utilizing a dashboard, request, and manage resources, support project governance policies and escalate ?nancial concerns. Utilizes and effectively communicates technical components of an initiative to applicable parties. Ability to lead a cross-functional team while motivating team members to their highest potential. Requires excellent oral and written communication skills as well as business presentation skills. Excellent analytical skills. Interfaces effectively with all levels and across organizational lines, including the business units. Effectively utilizes external vendors and internal resources. Demonstrated success at building team relationships and partnerships across organizational lines.
ENTER YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Education: BA/BS Degree and 8 years of additional experience required.
