Essential Job Functions:


  • Greet family members and visitors promptly, pleasantly, and professionally.
  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally and directs appropriately.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of front desk, lobby, and conference rooms to present a positive public relations image.
  • Thorough knowledge of the campus layout and ability to communicate directions.
  • Knowledgeable of campus activities, meeting locations and times, upcoming event information, and resident census activity.
  • Process and distribute incoming mail, newspapers, and deliveries (packages, flowers, medications, etc.) according to policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate reservations of meeting rooms and equipment for staff, residents, and family members.
  • Receive event RSVPs and provides to Community Coordinator.
  • Assist staff with preparing for and hosting special campus and community events.
  • Display behaviors that support LLV's mission, vision, values, and policies; consistently perform position responsibilities in a professional and ethical manner.
  • Protect confidential information of residents, team members, clients, and vendors.
  • Complete all other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:


Education/Training:


  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience:


  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in customer service setting preferred.
  • Experience using multiline phone system.
  • Previous experience working with the senior population strongly preferred.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


  • Strong verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and customer services abilities.
  • Microsoft Office or similar software programs.
  • Able to work weekends.
