Your Responsibilities


  • Development of complex components and systems for the aviation industry
  • Technical project management within development projects
  • Creation and harmonization of schedules, cost plans, and task definitions
  • Determination and coordination of requirements for the design, sizing, and necessary verification of components and systems
  • Coordination of development activities with departments, external companies, and customers
  • Internal and external contact (Focal Point of Contact, FPOC) for technical support of complex components and systems
  • Conducting and documenting analyses (e.g. performance, reliability, safety, maintainability)
  • Assessment of technical and quality issues, planning and leading actions for problem identification, developing solutions, and corrective measures
  • Further development of methods and processes for design and verification
  • Evaluation, documentation, and communication of verification results
  • Providing technical guidance to team members

Bringing Your Strengths:
Your Qualifications


  • Successfully completed degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, or a similar qualification
  • Experience in the aviation industry and/or with aviation standards
  • Excellent German and English skills
  • Experience in the development of complex components
  • Affinity for complex systems
  • Independent and selfmotivated work style
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Interdisciplinary work approach and teamwork abilities
  • Good knowledge of MS Office programs
