    Universal Energy Solutions is seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries and concerns. Your dedication to customer satisfaction will contribute to our mission of delivering sustainable energy solutions.

    At Universal Energy Solutions, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to provide the best service in the industry. As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with our valued customers, assist with account inquiries, billing issues, and provide product and service information.
    Responsibilities

    • Assist customers with inquiries, changes, and issues related to their accounts.
    • Provide product and service information to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Resolve customer concerns and complaints, escalating issues when necessary.
    • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
    • Manage customer accounts and update information as needed.
    • Collaborate with other teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer issues.
    • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records and interactions.
    • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
      • Excellent communication and customer service skills
      • Proven track record of successful sales
      • Experience in training others
      • Strong background in sales and marketing
      • Ability to work independently and in a team
      • Knowledge of the energy, wireless communications, internet, or security industries is a plus
      • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
    Requirements
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with professionalism and empathy.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
    • Proficiency in using customer service software, as well as MS Office applications.
    • Familiarity with the energy industry is a plus.
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
