*For our client in the financial services industry based in the Offenbach area, we are currently looking for a full-time First Level Support (m/f/d)

*Your responsibilities:

Providing telephone and written support for software or hardware issues for employees
Troubleshooting technical disruptions
Documentation in the appropriate systems
Providing continuous and customer-oriented advice
Technical support on site
Hardware replacement

*Your profile:

Completed vocational training as an IT system salesman (m/f/d), IT specialist (m/f/d) or relevant professional experience in IT support
Professional experience in first level support
High technical affinity
Fluent in German, both written and spoken
Excellent communication skills
Analytical skills
Enjoy working in a team

*Working hours: 40 hours per week

*Salary range: €42,000 - €48,000 per year
