Our new program, "Baby Buckets," targets toddlers and introduces them to the basics of basketball in a fun and engaging environment.

Teaching 30 min class one day out a week at different day care centers in your area.

As a District Manager for Shooting Stars Basketball Training Program, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and impact within your designated state.

You will be responsible for hiring employees, establishing partnerships with day care centers and private schools, and overseeing the successful implementation of our "Baby Buckets" toddler program.

Key Responsibilities:

1.

Recruitment and Management:

Hire and train employees to deliver the "Baby Buckets" program effectively.
Provide ongoing support, guidance, and supervision to program staff members.

Business Development:

Identify and reach out to potential partners, including day care centers and private schools, to offer the "Baby Buckets" program.
Negotiate partnerships and agreements to establish regular program sessions.

3.

Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for all programrelated inquiries.

Program Oversight:

Ensure the smooth operation of the "Baby Buckets" program across all locations within the district.
Monitor program quality and participant satisfaction, implementing improvements as needed.

Hands-On Engagement:

Optionally, participate in teaching classes to provide handson support and ensure program quality.
Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for basketball and a commitment to youth development.

Requirements:

Previous experience in scheduling, communication, and management roles.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff members.
A background working with children and a genuine enthusiasm for youth development.
Clean background check and reliable transportation.
Selfmotivated and capable of working independently with mínimal supervision.
Willingness to travel within the designated state as needed.
