As a provider of child and youth welfare services, gsi develops innovative programs in Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein.

Our services currently include social pedagogical family support (-31 SGB VIII), educational assistance (-30 SGB VIII), and interdisciplinary structural therapy (-27 SGB VIII).

We are currently in the process of developing concepts for residential youth welfare, with the goal of timely reunification of children with their families.

Gsi is also involved in a research network in cooperation with the University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE) to further develop child and youth welfare services for children of mentally ill parents.

We are currently seeking social pedagogues (M.A., B.A.) and educational scientists (M.A., B.A.) to join our teams in Hamburg and Norderstedt, starting immediately or at a later date.
