JOB SUMMARY:
To provide administrative support to the Litigation Recovery Group who pursues outstanding balances associated with premium finance agreements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Place outstanding account balances with collection agencies
- Review legal invoices for accuracy and process
- Produce system generated demand letters
- Answer phone lines for inhouse counsels
- Review accounts placed with collection agencies for payments
- Assist inhouse counsels and director to prepare legal documents
- Provide light technical support for phones & computer system
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Ability to adhere to departmental guidelines with respect to placing accounts with collections agencies
- Able to review and advise of payments received on accounts after those placements.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Able to take initiative, effectively manage time, and multitask
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Ability to work effectively with a team.
- Please note: The salary range is $45,000$52,000
EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma required
