- Act as the primary point of contact for all personnel security functions, such as: clearance investigation requests; clearance verifications; and Continuous Evaluation monitoring.
- Initiate, process, and track e-QIP packages via the Defense Information System for Security (DISS) and National Background Investigation Services (NBIS).
- Review investigation request documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Upload requested fingerprint records in SWFT.
- Create profiles, track investigation requests, fingerprints, and other customer service-related items in DISS and NBIS.
- Track, manage, and brief all special caveat briefings, such as NATO, COMSEC, CNWDI, etc.
- Assist with submitting incidents and customer service requests (CSR) in DISS along with responding to requests for action (RFA).
- Maintain and update of personnel security files.
- Assists with classified document control for incoming and outgoing classified material and courier briefings.
- Interacts with all levels of company personnel and management on matters pertaining to security policy and procedures.
- Support visitor and security protocol for external and internal engagements, meetings, and conferences.
- Monitor access control and CCTV.
- Maintain the company badging system and policy.
- Perform other administrative activities/assignments as directed by supervisor.
- Ability to pay strict attention to detail.
- Ability to be flexible to move from one task to another and be available for a variety of tasks as the need arises.
- Possession of excellent judgment, decision-making, teamwork, and customer service skills.
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Active Secret security clearance.
- 1-2 years of experience in a security function directly related to the discipline required.
- Experience with DoD security systems or databases, including DISS, NBIS, NISS and SWFT.
- Knowledge of the Continuous Evaluation Program.
- Knowledge of NISPOM and DoD security requirements.
- Experience with Microsoft Office software applications.
