    Summary

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Floorscapes. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks.

    Duties

    1. Efficiently manage phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
    2. Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
    3. Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
    4. Coordinate appointments and schedules for the salespeople.
    5. Process sales transactions and maintain accurate sales records.
    6. Handle billing and invoicing processes with accuracy.
    7. Collaborate with vendors to order and maintain samples and office supplies.
    8. Support the team in various administrative tasks as needed.

    Requirements

    1. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic accounting software.
    2. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
    3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    4. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
    5.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    6. Previous experience in a retail or flooring environment is a plus.
