**The Chamber of Agriculture North Rhine-Westphalia is looking for a Sachbearbeiter/in (m/w/d) for the department 6- Plant Protection Service - in Cologne-Auweiler starting on July 1, 2024.


Your main tasks:

Plant Protection Service

  • You support the appointment of examiners for the Sachkundeprüfung (expertise exam)
  • You adapt exam content to legal regulations
  • You plan and organize the exam teams and dates
  • You support the examination committee during exams
  • You process exam results and handle billing
Specialized legal controls

  • You are responsible for organizing and conducting inspections of the application of plant protection products in North Rhine-Westphalia as part of the specialized legal control team
  • You support the inspectors and process inspection reports until the completion of administrative offense proceedings
  • You work on crossstate work concepts
  • You work closely with the Plant Protection Traffic Control
  • Your tasks include arranging, managing, and evaluating sample analyses
  • You statistically evaluate incidents to fulfill reporting obligations
  • You are responsible for public relations in the prevention of violations and cooperate with other responsible authorities

Your qualifications:


  • Qualification for the career group 2, 1st entry level (Bachelor of Laws or Diplom-Verwaltungswirt/in (FH)) or Verwaltungslehrgang II or completed
