What we offer:

· During your three-year training, you will go through all relevant departments for the profession, such as purchasing, sales, export, financial accounting, human resources, production management, work preparation, etc. and gain practical insights into the versatile and exciting tasks of an industrial clerk (m/f/d) that you can actively apply. If you meet the necessary requirements, you can also shorten your training to 2.5 years.

· You will complete the theoretical part of your training at the Louis-Baare-Berufskolleg in Bochum and on school days, you do not have to go to the office after class, but can go directly to your leisure activities.

· We offer you intensive support from employees in the respective training departments as well as from your trainer responsible for commercial training.

· We also provide internal and external training opportunities for homework and exam preparation, and before the final exam, we will pay for your tailored exam preparation at the IHK.
