Euro Stone Craft, one of the largest and fastest growing stone countertop fabricators and installers in Northern Virginia, is expanding and has an immediate opening for an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our production.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Effectively schedule measurement and installation appointments with customers
  • Call and e mail customers to confirm all appointments.
  • Monitor installers' progress during the day, expedite and resolve any issues they may run into during the installation. Keep customers informed at all times.
  • Afterinstall, call customers, for survey to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Expediting, and daily follow up on the jobs in production to ensure meeting installation schedule and deadline.
  • Daily morning interview of all installers, to ensure their paperwork from previous day is completed, and all important details have been documented in our Job Tracking software.
  • Expedite and follow up on incomplete installation jobs, for immediate resolution.
  • Promptly schedule any service, or warranty calls.
  • Other tasks assigned by the Production Manager.

Position Requirements:


  • Detailoriented, well organized, and able to multitask
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team atmosphere
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to use independent judgment to plan, prioritize and organize workload
  • Good computer knowledge and ability to type 45 WPM
