    Everi's Network Operations Center in Schenectady, NY is looking for a Software Dev II to join their team and help toward meeting goals and objectives that meet our overall vision.

    What Will You Be Doing?

    Designs, develops, and modifies quality software applications by applying fundamental computer science techniques, as assigned.
    Follows architectural guidelines set by technical leadership and may investigate industry best practices and innovations when developing product.
    Communicates progress to leadership, escalates concerns, and anticipates roadblocks.
    Responsible for on-time deliveries as set by management.
    Assists in documenting written code.
    Participates in code validation and code reviews.
    May assist in creating shareable solutions improving product capability, quality, and efficiency.
    Participates in risk evaluations associated with code changes, as needed.
    Performs other related duties as assigned.

    You will work remotely but you must live within a commuteable distance from the office for meetings and team activities.

    Candidates must be within commutable distance from our Schenectady, NY location.

    Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise for the job:

    2-5 years' experience designing, modifying, and developing software programming applications (C#, .net, JS frameworks).

    2-5 years' knowledge and practical application of software development practices, such as agile software development, feature driven development, and SDLC.

    Experience with design patterns and UML Modeling.
    Experience in T-SQL syntax and writing stored procedures
    Demonstrated multi-threading experience
    Well versed in techniques to troubleshoot memory leaks in applications
    Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science, or relevant gaming industry experience.

    The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled.

    At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case's facts and circumstances.

    A reasonable estimate of the current range is

    $69,800 - $ 76,500 annually .
