For our factory in Duisburg, we are looking for a Machine and Plant Operator (m/f/d).

What we expect Completed vocational training as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification Professional experience in operating and maintaining production plants (ideally in the field of packaging machines) Technical understanding and manual dexterity Thorough and conscientious work ethic High problem-solving skills Knowledge of warehouse management systems is an advantage Willingness to work in shifts (early/late/night shifts) and on weekends What to expect Operation and monitoring of packaging machines Execution of setup processes while adhering to quality standards Performance of maintenance and repair work Identification and resolution of malfunctions during production shifts Documentation and recording of relevant data in the warehouse management system Compliance with all regulations, guidelines, and safety regulations in the areas of work and food safety What we offer We are a company with flat hierarchies, a value-oriented corporate culture, and a strong customer focus in a specialized market.
