Data Warehousing Specialist SME

JOB DESCRIPTION

X8 seeks an experienced data storage and management specialist to lead the design, development, and maintenance of cloud, data storage infrastructure.

This position is located on-site in Columbia, MD.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Responsible for designing, developing, transforming, and maintaining data within transactional systems, data repositories, interfacing systems.
Responsible for Data Integrity and Configuration Control within Transaction Processing, Data Transformations, Aggregates and Representations.
Focus to proactively improve and tuning data quality, accessibility, performance, and security needs.
Implementing standardization, simplification, collaboration and optimization of processes and operations.
Plan for the scalability of data warehousing systems to accommodate future growth and changing business needs.

WHAT REQUIRED SKILLS YOU'LL BRING
Degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science,

Engineering Management or related discipline
Masters degree with 15 years experience
Bachelors degree with 18 years experience
ssociates degree of HS Diploma with 20 years experience
USCYBERCOM and IC Partner experience
Familiarity with AWS Cloud, Azure, ELK and other data storage and management systems.
Atlassian suite of tools
Business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

WHAT DESIRED SKILLS YOU'LL BRING
USCYBERCOM experience
Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

MINIMUM CLEARANCE REQUIRED
Current and Active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph

COMPENSATION

Pay Range:
Starting at $195,000 - $200,000 (depending on experience, education)
Up to 5% annual salary retention bonus
Up to $5,000 continuing education reimbursement
Up to $7,500 employee referral bonus
Benefits: 100% medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance
Time Off: 24 Days PTO and 13 holidays
401K: up to 10% 401(k) contribution
