Your responsibilities:

As part of the IT department, the Application & Integration Services department is responsible for defining, building, and continuously improving our application landscape. We combine standard software from leading manufacturers with our own solutions. We are looking for a dedicated and creative leader to join our team for the long term.

Your tasks:

You will lead our Sales & Portals team of 14 employees both disciplinarily and professionally.
You will be responsible for the development and operation of our platforms, portals, and sales applications, as well as our software development process.
You will align the development of your team and their tasks with the IT strategy, focusing on technical and economic aspects.
You will support and promote your team in terms of future IT requirements, cost-consciousness, and their professional, methodological, and social skills.
You will collaborate closely and constructively with other leaders in the IT department.
You will communicate closely with stakeholders in other departments, as well as external partners.
You will develop
