We are looking for Bachelor/Technician/Master (m/f/d) Technical Building Equipment/Building Services Engineering Be one of the first applicants Trier Permanent position Full-time, home office possible Salary depending on qualifications €/year (estimated) Since Helmut Schneiders has been working as a consulting engineer and, together with his employees, he supervises all trades of technical building equipment and building physics. The most important employers are municipalities, association and district administrations, state building administrations, federal building administrations and institutions under private sponsorship. To support our team in the planning of building services systems, based in Trier, we are looking for a Bachelor/Technician in Building Services Engineering as soon as possible.


Your qualifications and skills:
Relevant professional experience Secure handling of technical regulations and contract law (e.g. German Civil Code, DIN standards, Building Regulations, Technical Guidelines, VDE, VDI, VOB)

Sound knowledge in the planning of technical equipment systems in buildings Knowledge in working with building services calculation and tendering programs, proficient in MS Office products Team-oriented and interdisciplinary work approach Economical and independent planning and action as well as negotiation skills Driver's license class B We offer you:
