- Lead cross functional/organizational teams ensuring customer and corporate objectives are met.
- Evaluating alternative acquisition/investment portfolios against future architecture direction/guidance to support senior level decision making.
- Synchronize solution architectures and system dependencies to achieve the enterprise mission architecture and meet the mission need.
- Develop and maintain architecture products, capture and communicate senior decision maker's intended direction and implementation guidance for an integrated mission architecture.
- Apply program-wide knowledge of evaluation methodology for conducting qualitative analyses of architectures to evaluate effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of projects/programs and provide guidance to monitor, evaluate, and recommend program improvements.
- Develop and maintain architecture models using modeling languages such as Unified Modeling Language (UML), Systems Modeling language (SySML), Unified Profile for DoDAF/MODAF (UPDM), and Unified Architecture Framework (UAF).
- Develop and extend system models using existing requirements, interface documentation, and related design and systems engineering documents.
- Integrate models to modern requirements management, architecture, and systems engineering software.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Mathematics, Logistics, Physics or a related technical discipline and 14 years of experience
- Systems engineering experience (e.g. system architecture and design, systems documentation, system requirements, CONOPS, systems verification).
- Experience using various model-based engineering tools such as - Cameo Magic Draw, Rhapsody, Sparx Enterprise Architect, etc.
- Strong interpersonal skills, Proficient in Microsoft Office with a strong background in Excel and Power Point.
- Experience in modeling business process, avionics, autonomy, and real time systems desired.
