To support our team at our location in Tübingen near Stuttgart, we are currently seeking a Shift Lead (m/f/d) in the Quality Control Chromatography department.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Coordinating the operational work of the QC Chromatography department (creating and adjusting shift and weekly schedules, coordinating the required analyses)
  • Representing the interests and responsibilities of the QC Chromatography group leader
  • Conducting GMPcompliant analyses for quality control of RNA produced at CureVac
  • Reviewing quality control forms
  • Providing technical guidance to the laboratory staff
  • Supervising and organizing the team in the GMPcompliant execution and documentation of analyses
  • Creating and revising standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Independently making decisions on deviations/OOS procedures and approving resulting immediate measures on behalf of the QC Chromatography group leader

You bring with you:


  • Completed vocational training as a CTA/BTA/MTA or a comparable education
  • Extensive experience in instrumental analytics in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in HPLC
