Resident Manager - Greenfield, United States - Creative Living Environments (CLE)
Description
Creative Living Environments is looking for a Resident Manager for two of our group homes. One is located in Waukesha, WI and the other is in New Berlin, WI.Schedule:
- Monday
- Friday 8:00AM 4:00PM, oncall responsibilities/weekends
Responsibilities:
- Supervises, trains, schedules and evaluates staff
- Creates, monitors and adheres to the ISP's for each resident
- Coordinates and transports residents to medical appointments
- Assist residents with personal cares and leisure time activities
- Assist with residents taking prescribed medications
- Follow all DHS and CLE policies, rules and regulations
- Deliver care as prescribed in each care plan
- Adhere to proper documentation
Qualifications:
- At least one year supervisory experience
- High School diploma or GED.
- One of experience in an assisted living facility or experience with direct care
- Are able to use care plan computer software
- Acceptable criminal background information disclosure
- Acceptable preplacement drug screen
Pay:
$19.00 per hour
