Essential Position Functions:
- Provide training and guidance applicable to supportive housing regulations including, but not limited to, NY State OMH, NYC DOHMH & DHS, HUD McKinney, and Medicaid OMIG.
- Perform onsite program operation reviews in all residential programs (Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan).
- Supervise the process of Medicaid authorizations including expiration dates, recertification, and invoicing.
- Create and execute staff training on regulations, audit prep, and new policies.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of required HUD documentation.
- Assist with all Corrective Action Plans and other responses to regulatory agencies.
- Lead residential program audits and monitorization of audit visits.
- Attend staff meetings, supervision, and training as required.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least two years of experience working with individuals who have histories of homelessness and behavioral health diagnoses.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Superior computer literacy skills, with a demonstrated familiarity with AWARDS and Excel.
- Knowledge of New York City supportive housing systems, HUD, OMH, DOHMH, DHS, and OASAS programs is a plus.
- Must be willing to routinely travel via public transportation to programs throughout the Bronx, Brooklyn, and Manhattan.
- Comfortable working independently.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

$65, $70,000.00 per year
