We offer a comprehensive range of evidence-based rehabilitative services, including mental health and substance abuse treatment, housing, vocational training and job placement, healthcare, education, and creative arts therapies.


Essential Position Functions:


  • Provide training and guidance applicable to supportive housing regulations including, but not limited to, NY State OMH, NYC DOHMH & DHS, HUD McKinney, and Medicaid OMIG.
  • Perform onsite program operation reviews in all residential programs (Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan).
  • Supervise the process of Medicaid authorizations including expiration dates, recertification, and invoicing.
  • Create and execute staff training on regulations, audit prep, and new policies.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of required HUD documentation.
  • Assist with all Corrective Action Plans and other responses to regulatory agencies.
  • Lead residential program audits and monitorization of audit visits.
  • Attend staff meetings, supervision, and training as required.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least two years of experience working with individuals who have histories of homelessness and behavioral health diagnoses.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Superior computer literacy skills, with a demonstrated familiarity with AWARDS and Excel.
  • Knowledge of New York City supportive housing systems, HUD, OMH, DOHMH, DHS, and OASAS programs is a plus.
  • Must be willing to routinely travel via public transportation to programs throughout the Bronx, Brooklyn, and Manhattan.
  • Comfortable working independently.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Pay:
$65, $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

Residential Operations Supervising: 2 years (preferred)
Program Coordination: 1 year (preferred)
