Description

Job Summary

Under the direction of the Director of Special Education, the Special Education Teacher/ Case Manager plans, organizes, presents, monitors, and evaluates programs of meaningful instruction for pupils with Individualized Education Programs ("IEPs") and carries out other assigned related duties necessary to the successful operation of the school.

• Role is primarily virtual and flexible in schedule.
Students are based in LA and OC.

Requirements / Qualifications

A Master's degree in Education or a related field.
Valid California Clear Special Education Instruction Mod/Severe Credential required.
Minimum of two years of successful experience as a teacher in a special education setting.
Two years of successful experience as a Case Manager is desired.
Ability to differentiate instructional strategies to support students at all developmental and academic skill levels (grades TK through 12) desired.
Copy of Transcript (unofficial transcripts are acceptable) Credential Copy Letter of Introduction Letter(s) of Recommendation (Three current letters of recommendation.
At least one from a current supervisor.) Resume
