Description

The Project Employee Sxanner is responsible for supporting projects on an ad hoc basis by assisting with scanning, supporting SxanPro team and the job site per project basis.

• Scanning of inventory up to 10 hours each day.
• Project employees to represent SxanPro and the SxanPro brand suite
• Follow all roadmaps and processes as it relates to SxanPro software
• Knowledge and ability to use SxanPro technology to capture hospital data
• Collaborate well with others both SxanPro employees and hospital employees
• Identify and remove expired items from shelves, placed in areas designated by SxanPro.
• Knowledge of procedural areas of the hospital
• Knowledge of value of items, able to use this with decision making skills to identify areas and items that are to be prioritized in scanning.
• Attending training prior to each project is mandatory.
• Ability to troubleshoot and make decisions based on abilities of SxanPro software and procedures outlined by SxanPro

• 12 years professional customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
• Highly organized, detailoriented, excellent time management skills and able to effectively prioritize tasks in a fastpaced, highvolume and evolving work environment
• Motivated selfstarter who loves to solve challenging problems and feels comfortable working directly with customers
• Strong analysis and judgment skills.
• Strong customer relation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
