We are currently recruiting an
Analyst, Cast Management Control to join our team The Analyst will be primarily responsible for: Serving as a single point of contact for all things related to engagement administration; Ensuring proper invoicing & recognition of revenue; Maintaining compliance with firm policies and federal laws & regulations.

What the day will look like:

  • Ownership of tickets relating Case Activations, conflict checks, contract submissions, contract modifications, Case Initiation Forms and Workday changes.
  • Critical review of contracts and other support documentation to ensure the business is adhering to revenue recognition standards.
  • Ownership and expertise in two or more areas of the Case Management Control team.
  • Handle special projects or adhoc projects.
  • Understanding and full comprehension of all types of request tickets that are received.
  • Understand the full circle from project set up to invoicing in Workday
  • Review/evaluate billing schedules to ensure accurate delivery of invoicing.
  • Maintain positive relationships with team members, your manager and other ACS/OTC team members. Working for the good of the team, which may require additional hours or shifting hours to ensure full coverage of CMC business hours.
  • Actively participate in calls, events, and other firmwide activities where comfortable.
  • Understand each team member's responsibilities which include setting up contracts, Business Delivery Report delivery, invoicing delivery and other monthly reporting aligned to revenue recognition and SOX guidelines.
  • Maintaining open lines of communication and monthly check in calls with your supervisor.
  • Taking initiative on adhoc items that may come into the team as needed.
  • Collaborate with other ACS team members on monthly review of projects where needed.
  • Responsibility for working in accordance with the risk management framework. Compliance with Aon policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.

  • Ability to work independently and selfmanage their time efficiently and effectively.
  • Proactive problemsolving skills.
  • Professional experience of 3 or more years working in a professional office environment.
  • Ability to work in teams across time zones.
  • Overtime may be available based on supply and demand.

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $41,000 - $51,000 annually.

The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.


The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Chicago, Illinois The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.
