Description

As a System Engineer with a focus on VMware vSphere (m/f/d) at Three Springs, you will ensure the smooth operation and further development of our customers' virtualization environments. The variety of different customer environments, open structures, and the opportunity to participate in exciting projects offer you a diverse range of tasks with development opportunities.

Your tasks

You are the contact person for our customers regarding virtualization with VMware vSphere.
You support and maintain our customers' virtualization environments, keeping them up to date and ensuring smooth operation.
In 2nd level support, you ensure the prompt resolution of incidents and the implementation of service requests.
You assist in the design and technical implementation of VMware projects, including storage and backup systems, both in-house and at the customer's site.
You ensure careful documentation of the customer environment and keep it up to date.

Your profile

You have successfully completed training as a specialist in computer science or a comparable qualification.
You have at least one year of professional experience in the field of server virtualization with VMware vSphere and the operation and updating of existing environments.
You are able to set up new system environments with VMware vSphere.
A VMware VCP certification is an advantage.
