About the Role...

Represent the company in a professional manner in all FTE, client, and team member interactions. Interact with FTE's and resolve any complaints in a service oriented manner
Ensure efficient rotation of food and drink selections in the Micro-Kitchen
Follow Yarzin Sella standards to prepare Micro Kitchen, food, beverage and service items.
Ensure that all food items have clear identifiers or menus
Greet FTE's as they arrive, and interact with them during their visit to ensure client satisfaction
Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items and articulate accurate descriptions to FTE's and client
Communicate and coordinate any offering changes with team. If needed, prepare items.
Keep microkitchen surface areas and tables clean and free of debris
Responsible for ensuring proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of proper serving temperatures follows HACCP standards
Maintain sanitation and order of all equipment, supplies and utensils

Who We Are Looking For...

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
Restaurant or customer service experience preferred
Ability to read, write, and speak in English
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Must be able to stand continuously throughout an 8hour shift
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Comfortable bending, climbing, reaching, stooping, and moving quickly
Ability to interact with a high volume of FTE's in a friendly and professional manner
Ability to work with mínimal supervision or direct instruction
Must be able to work well in a fastpaced environment
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
