    The Position :
    We are seeking an OB/GYN Physician and offer the following compensation package:
    $Potential Sign On and Relocation Bonus (Case by Case Basis)
    Student Loan Reimbursement NHSC $50,000 after 2 years
    7 Paid Holidays
    Medical, Dental, and Vision (Eligible after 30 days)
    401(K) Retirement Plan with 3% Employer Match - Available After 6 months
    Employer Paid Short Term Disability
    Long Term Disability
    Short Term Disability
    Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM
    No On-Call, No Weekends, No Holidays, and No Late Nights
    Current and valid State of Florida Medical License
    Attendance and graduation from an accredited medical school
    Attendance and graduation from an accredited residency program
    Current and valid DEA Registration Certificate
    Ability to Pass a Level 2 Background Check and Drug Screen
    Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

    Provides general care for patients in a patient-centered mode, commensurate with training, experience, and clinic needs, including well-check visits, acute illness visits, family planning, etc.

    Maintains timely and accurate electronic health record documentation on all patients including office visits, telephone calls, and hospital admissions/visits, if applicable
    Prepares timely and accurate billing charges; completes and closes tasks within company policy
    Makes appropriate referrals to other health facilities for further testing, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care
