- Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met
- Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
- Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process
- Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads
- Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region
- Assist and shadow experienced agents during property showings, client meetings, and negotiations.
- Learn the process of listing and marketing properties through various channels, such as online listings, social media, and print media.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential leads and opportunities.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to develop a deep understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the team to create marketing materials, property listings, and client presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs.
- Stay up to date with market trends and changes to provide valuable insights to clients.
- +1 year of real estate sales experience
- Real estate license or pursuing required
- Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
- Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree desired
- Valid U.S. driver's license with the ability to travel by car
- No experience required
- Must have or be actively working towards obtaining a real estate license
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in using real estate software and online platforms
